Keeping your eyes healthy and preventing eye diseases always begins with consistent visits to St. Clair Eye Clinic. Our comprehensive eye exams are professional and thorough, without ever sacrificing your comfort. We take you through a full diagnostic process to identify diseases at their earliest stages.
We build individualized treatment plans for each of our patients, taking the time to understand your vision needs. Our process isn’t complete until you can see and feel your very best.
The Canadian Association of Optometrists recommends that all people receive a comprehensive eye exam at least once every 2 years.
Patients over the age of 65 should get an eye exam every year. If you have been previously diagnosed with an eye disease or have a family history of eye disease, you should visit the optometrist at least once per year.
St. Clair Eye Clinic specializes in glaucoma diagnosis and management. One of the most important goals in our eye exams is to confirm or deny the presence of glaucoma. If you have vision concerns, please bring this up with Dr. Vyas.
We use tonometry to evaluate your eye pressure, which could indicate the presence of glaucoma. Digital retinal imaging gives us high-resolution photographs of your optic nerve, which provides further information about your eye’s health.
